Meet Tanya, Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a love for food, fitness and the great outdoors. As a child, Tanya cherished kitchen time with her family and her passion continued into her adult years.
Despite being passionate about food, her digestive system didn’t feel the same way. Growing up, Tanya faced numerous health struggles from digestive upset to irregular periods along with chronic depression and anxiety. This had a profound effect on her life and self confidence and ultimately resulted in an unhealthy relationship with food and lack of self love and motivation.
It wasn’t until recent years that Tanya began feeling better in her body. Acknowledging and accepting the underlying cause of her mental health allowed her to gain awareness of her self sabotaging eating and lifestyle patterns. This awareness triggered Tanya to study Natural Nutrition, graduating in 2016.
Tanya is aware that the journey to optimal health and wellbeing is far from linear so she continues to work towards healing her body, mind and spirit from the inside out through real food, movement and a healthy lifestyle.
