Meet Tanya

Originally from Ontario, Tanya has 17 years of experience in dentistry, with 12 of those years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Tanya is passionate about oral and systemic health which is why she pursued studies in Natural Nutrition and graduated with honours in 2016. Since then, she has been a speaker at corporate wellness events and workshops. Her recent educational focus has been on sleep apnea, airway obstruction, and the muscles and function of mouth, tongue and face.

In February 2023, Tanya spend 37 combined hours studying Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, and is on track to receiving certification with the IAOM, which she is an Active Member of.

Tanya has always dreamt of working in a non-conventional setting where she could build trusting relationships with her clients and empower them to take ownership of their oral and systemic health.

The driving force for her mobile practice has been to have the flexibility to book appointments according to her patient needs and to focus on more than just brushing and flossing.

Being an outdoor enthusiast, Tanya spends most of her free time exploring the vast landscapes of Alberta and British Columbia.
